Pilates instructor training near Milton Keynes

What the course is

The Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Mat Pilates is a nationally recognised qualification. It's the standard UK instructors need to get insured and to teach in studios, gyms and their own classes. You'll study online between workshops, then come together in person for practical teaching and your final assessment.

How the in-person days work

Each cohort has three in-person blocks: a two-day Workshop 1, a one-day Workshop 2, and a two-day assessment. That's only a handful of weekend trips in total, so you don't need to live locally to train with us.

Why train in a small group

Cohorts are capped at 8 students. Every workshop is taught personally by Emma Lovelock, a Level 4 qualified instructor and assessor with over 13 years of teaching experience. In a small group you get properly watched, properly corrected and properly supported, which is hard to get from a video.

Getting here from Milton Keynes

Baldock is in North Hertfordshire, just off the A1(M). From Milton Keynes it's less than an hour's drive, so it's easy to come in for the day and be home the same evening. There's free parking just a 2 minute walk from the studio.
