A genuine chance to sit in the space
This is not a sales pitch dressed up as an open day. It is a genuine chance to sit in the space, meet the person who will be teaching you, and work out whether becoming a Pilates instructor with us is actually the right move for you.
This afternoon is for you if you are...
- Thinking about a career change into something you actually enjoy
- Wanting to add Pilates alongside a job you already have
- Returning to work after time away and looking for a fresh direction
- A regular in a Pilates class already, wondering if you could be the one teaching it
- Still exploring, with more questions than answers at this point
One thing to check before you book: this course teaches you how to instruct Pilates, not how to do Pilates, so you will need to have been attending regular Pilates classes for at least 6 months already. If you are new to Pilates altogether, we would recommend building up your own practice first and coming back to this when you are ready.
Why we charge a small fee
We charge a small fee to attend, to ensure the room is full of people who are genuinely considering this, rather than just curious. If you go on to enrol with us, that £20 comes straight off your deposit.
Learn from someone actively in the industry
Emma has been teaching Pilates for over 13 years. She still runs classes every week at The Pilates Corner in Baldock, so when you train with her, you are learning from someone actively in the industry, not someone who stopped teaching to run courses. Every workshop is taught personally by Emma, and every piece of feedback comes from her. Cohorts are kept small, no more than 8 students, because that is the only way to give every student the attention they deserve.
