Graduate Circle - Terms and Conditions

Membership
The Graduate Circle is a monthly membership offered by The Hertfordshire School of Pilates, a trading name of The Pilates Corner Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Minimum Commitment
All memberships are subject to a 3-month minimum commitment. You may not cancel within the first three months of your membership start date.
Cancellation
After the 3-month minimum period, you may cancel at any time by giving written notice to info@thehertfordshireschoolofpilates.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Payment
Membership fees are £99 + VAT per month, billed monthly. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate. Payment is processed via Stripe.
Access
Access to Graduate Circle calls, recordings, and community is available to active members only. Access is removed upon cancellation at the end of the final paid month.
Call Recordings
All calls are recorded. Recordings are made available exclusively to current Graduate Circle members. Recordings may not be shared, downloaded, or distributed outside the membership.
Call Schedules
Call times are published in the Graduate Circle community area. Scheduled times are subject to change. It is the member's responsibility to check the community for confirmed booking links before each session.
Eligibility
The Graduate Circle is open to students currently enrolled on any HSP pathway and to qualified Pilates instructors. Foundation pathway students may join at any point during their qualification.
Conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully within the Graduate Circle community space and on live calls. The Hertfordshire School of Pilates reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
Changes To Terms
The Hertfordshire School of Pilates reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes by email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
