The Graduate Circle
Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before joining The Graduate Circle. By completing your sign-up and making your first payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all Graduate Circle members, whether joining on a monthly subscription basis or on a 12-month bundle basis as described in Section 3.
Definitions
Membership and eligibility
The Graduate Circle is open to the following:
- 1Anyone who wants hands-on support throughout their qualification and beyond, whether mid-way through their training or newly qualified.
- 2Members joining on a monthly subscription basis or on a 12-month bundle basis as set out in these terms.
Membership is personal to the individual and is not transferable. Access must not be shared with or passed on to any other person.
The 12-month bundle
Members may join the Graduate Circle on a 12-month bundle basis at £999 + VAT. This covers 12 consecutive months of full Graduate Circle membership from the date of payment.
The 12-month bundle includes all standard membership benefits: two live group calls per month, access to call recordings, and the Graduate Circle private community. The bundle does not auto-renew.
Members who wish to continue after the 12-month period will be contacted by HSP in advance of their expiry date and may choose to roll into the standard monthly subscription at £99 + VAT per month, subject to the 3-month minimum term.
If the member does not wish to continue, their access will end at the close of the 12-month period with no further charge.
Payment
The Graduate Circle monthly membership fee is £99 + VAT per month. The total amount charged each month will be £99 plus VAT at the prevailing rate. Members joining on a 12-month bundle basis pay the one-off bundle price set out in Section 3.
Payment is taken automatically each month on the same date as the first payment. The first payment is taken immediately on sign-up. By signing up, you authorise HSP to collect payment automatically on each renewal date for as long as your membership continues.
Payments are processed via a secure third-party payment provider. HSP does not store card or bank account details directly.
If a payment fails, HSP will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. HSP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts to resolve the failure.
Minimum subscription term
The Graduate Circle has a minimum subscription term of 3 months. You are committed to paying for the first 3 monthly billing periods from the date of your first payment regardless of whether you choose to cancel during that period.
After the 3-month minimum term has been completed, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in Section 6.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Graduate Circle membership at any time after the 3-month minimum term has been completed.
To cancel, you must notify HSP in writing by email to info@thehertfordshireschoolofpilates.co.uk no less than 7 days before your next payment date. Cancellation requests received within 7 days of the next payment date will take effect at the end of the following billing period.
On cancellation, your access to The Graduate Circle will continue until the end of the final paid membership period. Access will not be extended beyond that date.
HSP reserves the right to cancel or suspend your membership at any time if you are found to be in breach of these terms, including but not limited to sharing access, sharing recordings, or breaching the acceptable use terms set out in Section 8. In the event of cancellation by HSP due to a breach, no refund will be issued for any remaining paid period.
Access and content
On joining The Graduate Circle, members receive access to:
- 1Two live coaching calls per month hosted by Emma Lovelock, delivered via Zoom. Call times are currently Tuesday at 9:30am and Thursday at 7:00pm, subject to change. Confirmed dates and booking links are posted in the community events area.
- 2Recordings of all Graduate Circle calls, made available to members following each session.
- 3The Graduate Circle community space within the HSP student community portal.
- 4Marketing support and guidance relevant to Pilates instructors building their practice.
HSP will make reasonable efforts to deliver two calls per month as described. In the event that a call needs to be rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond HSP's control, HSP will give as much notice as reasonably possible and will endeavour to reschedule where practicable. No refund or credit will be issued for a single missed or rescheduled call.
Access to The Graduate Circle is provided through the HSP community portal. Access is contingent on maintaining an active paid membership. Access will cease at the end of any membership period that is not renewed or following cancellation as set out in Section 6.
