Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience?
Yes, we recommend having attended Pilates classes for at least 6 months prior to the course. This ensures your body has some familiarity with the movements before you learn to teach them.
Is the qualification recognised?
Absolutely. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates, which is fully accredited and allows you to obtain insurance and teach professionally in the UK.
What happens if I miss a weekend?
Because each weekend is booked independently, you have flexibility. If you can't make a specific date, you can book onto the next available workshop for that module.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes! You can start with the Foundation Certification and choose to add the Graduate Circle or Private Mentorship later if you feel you need more support as you launch your business.
